Shared storage device suitable for use in Premiere Pro available in Azure

We are looking for a shared storage device suitable for use in Premiere Pro available in Azure.

Several Premiere Pro users will work simultaneously using the SMB protocol on one shared storage device.
As suitable services, I think of Azure Files and Azure Netapp Files at the storage account premium.

However, Azure Files is expected to lack IOPS performance.
Azure Netapp Files are too expensive and cannot be checked if they are suitable.

Are there any other suitable solutions commonly used, such as solutions installed as VMs?

This would allow you to have locally available data for higher performance while utilizing the advantages of Azure Files for reliability.
