I'm testing cluster feature and on my AD each time I launch the iSCSI virtual disk setup wizard-> Add initiator program ID(query initiator computer id-> Browse), the server manager is crashed and stopped...
Does anyone encounter this issue before, is there any quick fixes to this issue, thanks.

Nm I added the cluster nodes by directly typing the hostname. not using the "browse" button.

Thanks for your feedback. I'd like to check if you have the issue in Hyper V VM? I had the same issue in the VM before, each time I click "browse" button, the screen crush, and as a workaround, not to use the "browse" button.
Please also check if the Server is up to date, if not, update the machine, check if it could fix the issue.

Do you install Windows Failover Cluster feature on the domain controller? If yes, DC is not recommended to work as a cluster node.

Installing iSCSI Target feature is not recommended as well. DC server should run DC only. If that's possible I would recommend you running iSCSI Target on a separate server or VM. FYI you can use StarWind VSAN as an iSCSI target. https://www.starwindsoftware.com/help/CreatingaNewImageFileDevice.html
