M365 and O365 access

Hi..
I'm managing business with Microsoft E3 subscription.

Previous IT MSP stopped providing service for the business and rejected providing admin account access info user name and password to office 365 admin center and Azure ad portal. The business dont have admin account info but they do pay for the subscription using business debit card - I think the MSP have it setup as saved CC in billing under admin account.

Is there a way to gain access as admin account?
