Hi
Will you please let me know if there is a way to manage such as add/edit Excel file via Excel web services? I know there is a web access webpart which allow only to view/publish Excel data.
Please advisor if its possible.

SharePoint default Excel web services doesn't support add/edit Excel file. To add/edit excel file, you need to configure Office Web Apps (OWA) for SharePoint 2013.
