how to change website language in sp2016 cause cookie approach does not work (javascript)

Hi :)
I try to switch language from English on website to alternative one (there are 3 to select). In javascript (jsom and rest) it is not possible. I also tried cookies solution but with no result. How can I achieve programmatical change of language in SP2016? Help will be very appreciated :)

    Hi DariuszKominek-8002,

    Cookie option is used in previous versions of SharePoint. This option is not available in newer SP. The users need to select their preferred language in their User Profile Settings.

    Although the user profile settings could be changed by code, Unfortunately the updates won't immediately take effect in the UI, it may cost some minutes.
