I received my azure kinect device and is not being recognized by my pc. I equipped my pc with a Renesas UBS 3.0 card which should be comparable, but it's not. This is the card I got: https://amzn.to/2Xyu7mE.
I have a white blinking light behind the device. Can anyone help please?

Have you referred the USB3 host controller compatibility Section on Azure Kinect known issues and troubleshooting ?
I have just connected my Kinect Device to my Windows Laptop's USB 3.0 port and it showed up in the Device Manager.
[I am not using any Expansion Card, its a direct Plug & Play]
