Sorry for your experience, but there is no outage for Speech Studio. It works fine for me.
The reason caused it maybe the resource you created has been removed.
If your resource disappeared on your side with unknown reason, I would highly recommend you to raise a support ticket to check the log to see what happened. Please let me know the support ticket number when you create it. If you have no support plan, I can enable you a free ticket for this issue. Please let me know.
