Every time I log into Azure portal and access AD B2C tenant I am prompted to confirm my email address with a secondary email address provider.
Please turn this additional check off.

@Sam Wheat , It may be related to the Azure AD security defaults that require administrators to perform multi-factor authentication. If this is the case, try to disable it, or use another policy (recommended).
Do let us know if Azure AD Security defaults are enabled in your tenant and if disabling that helps prevent the prompts.

Hi, thank you very much for researching this issue and providing this information.
I checked Azure AD security defaults and it is disabled.
In my user profile, under Authentiation methods, the only option available is "Reset password".
In my Profile page, the alternate email I use to authenticate is not shown.
In the Access Panel Profile there is no option to enable or disable MFA.
In Active Directory => Security => Policies, the state for all Policies is Off. Under Classic Policies there are no policies.

When I switch my default AD to default (Not B2C) then logout I am not prompted for the additional email address when I log in again.
However, after I log in, when I switch to AD B2C, I am prompted for the secondary email confirmation at that time.
So the problem seems to be only with AD B2C.
