DNS resolution in Windows 2008 R2 domain

my domain name is skpatel.com

and i want to resolve admin.ak.gmv.net to all users without host entry -Ip address can be assigned to other host like priya.skpatel.com

is it possible by creating DNS alias?

    Yes this is possible by creating a CNAME (Canonical Name record (abbreviated as CNAME record) also known as a DNS alias.
