I have a config policy that I applied to a test device group that sets the proxy script to point to our web proxy. The configuration applied correctly.
I then removed a device from the test group and made sure to sync multiple times on the client with a few reboots, yet the configuration is still applied.
What needs to be done to remove the configuration profile from applying.

In some scenario the applied policy is irreversible, which means removing policy doesn’t take effect. We have to manually remove the setting from client or assign an un-installation script.
