Excel file is saving printer settings

Excel appears to be saving the printer settings in files edited by one user. Forcing Secure Print to be default on any shared file within the company.

I have seen and attempted resolutions below but these are for older versions of Office and did not work with O365

I am trying to resolve the issue rather than use a saving work around as files are shared for ease of use and quick access to edit and print as required for business purposes
