Cannot Get Response from Custom Commands

I am trying to create a custom commands project in Azure Speech Studio. However, after having followed the instructions by adding a speech service, LUIS authentication service, and LUIS prediction service to my resource group, and after creating a custom commands project using these services and importing commands from a JSON file, I get no response when I try to test my application both from the custom commands webpage as well as Windows Voice Assistant. I'm not really sure what is going wrong here. I seem to have followed the instructions step-by-step and my colleagues have gotten this to work fine. Any help here would be much appreciated.

    @Noah Drake Apologies for a delayed response. I believe this issue should be resolved now.
    Due to some configuration changes the training and responses from custom commands was broken when this issue was originally reported.
