Hello,

I have as a project the migration of an Exchange 2007 installed on a Windows Server 2008 SBS to an Exchange 2016 (via an Exchange 2013),

The exchange is in SP1 R10: 8.1.436.0

When I try to apply SP3 I get the following installation error while removing the exchange files:
[ERROR] Unable to get the product property 'PackageName'. This action is only valid for currently installed products. Error code is 1605

Thank you in advance for the solutions provided,

Regards,

Exchange 2007 has been end of support, it may be difficult to troubleshooting such issues.
Did you prepare AD and domains before upgrading?
Make sure you have stopped any third-party applications that are integrated with Microsoft Exchange.
Check if your server meets the Exchange 2007 system requirements.
Can you find any errors in Event Viewer? And what does the Exchange setup log say?
