Please let me know how I can change the period for MyAnalytics from 4 weeks to 1 year.

Please understand that the tag "office-outlook-itpro" is for general issues about Outlook client. Since from your description, your question is about MyAnalytics which is now becoming part of Microsoft Viva. So I'll change the tag to "viva-insignts" instead. Thanks for your understanding.

Did you mean you would like to see 1 year's result in the MyAnalytics dashboard?
According to this link, by default only 4 weeks' result would be shown.
If it is the case, I would suggest sending feedback via the MyAnalytics dashboard.
