Suddenly cannot use Microsoft 365

I am using MacBook Pro.
I used Microsoft 365 more than a year - nothing happened.
But on 14-Nov-2021 around 14:00, I suddenly couldn't use Microsoft 365.
Please see below messages.

    Hi @Merchandiser ,

    I would suggest you check the subscriptions that bond to your account.

    If you have this license, then you can try the below steps:

    • Please first sign-out all the Office applications on your Mac.
    • Then use license removal tool to completely remove your credentials and license.
    • Restart the computer and sign in your account again.
