When we add App Insights resource link in Azure Data Explorer , is it added specific to the user?
Is it possible, that it can be applied to all users viewing the Azure Data Explorer Web UI?

Could you please provide more details on what do you mean by "is it added specific to the user?".
As mentioned in the document: - Kusto Explorer automatically signs you into the tenant to which the user account originally belongs. To access resources in other tenants with the same user account, the tenantId has to be explicitly specified in the connection string: Data Source=https://ade.applicationinsights.io/subscriptions/SubscriptionId/resourcegroups/ResourceGroupName;Initial Catalog=NetDefaultDB;AAD Federated Security=True;Authority ID=TenantId

Our team uses a common ADX cluster,
if I add an instance of App Insights , my team members not able to see it on their ADX Web UI.
Can you please guide on this -
