Problems playing wav's and mp3's on my windows 10 pc

Hi, if you use windows media player it can be a codec issue. I would try to use another media player for testing. Try downloading vlc player which is free, and try it again with it. If it work retry with WMP, as often other media player install will install the missing codec.
