Hello Team,

Greetings!

Currently we wanted to migrate mailboxes from Exchange Server 2010 SP3 to Exchange Server 2016.
Need a process to create a migration endpoint in exchange 2016 in order to migrate mailboxes.

Please demonstrate this process with GUI method.

Thank you and have a great day ahead!

    If you have installed Ex2016 into your Ex2010 organization, there' no need to create a migration endpoint. You do a simple mailbox move from Ex2010 to Ex2016. You usually create migration endpoints when migrating to Exchange Online.

    There are a lot of good guides on the Internet:
    xchange Server 2010 to 2013 Migration Guide - eBook (Ex2013 is not very different from Ex2016)

    There are good Pluralsight courses on this as well.

    @GurudasSatardekar

    Are your two Exchanges in the same organization?

    If your two Exchange servers in the same organization, you just need to create the migration request on Exchange 2016(Move mailbox from the Exchange 2010 database to Exchange 2016 Database): Manage on-premises mailbox moves in Exchange Server

    If your two Exchange servers are in different organization, you will need to do a cross-forest migration, for more detailed information, you could have a look about this article: Exchange 2010 Cross-Forest Migration Step by Step Guide
