@Jeroen Francoijs Although we are not sure about your complete scenario, but here are few things which you could try given the fact you want to removes your device (considering its enrolled into a MDM solution like Intune, which is having other apps pushed) You can try following :
If your device is indeed enrolled to Intune, you can browse to this URL : https://portal.manage.microsoft.com/helpdesk to get the contact information for your IT team, who can help you in this scenario.
If you want to remove the device from enrollment, you can got to https://portal.manage.microsoft.com/devices and click on remove your device, it will then be un-enrolled. You will need to re-enroll your device if you Apps are protected by Conditional access which has a requirement compliant devices.
But since you mentioned that Iphone and Ipad are disabled, seems you might have put the wrong creds many times.
If you are not able to resolve this, your local IT can definitely help you.
If you are stuck then we might need more information about your complete scenario in order to help you, for that we would request you to drop us an email at azcommunity[at]microsoft[dot]com with Subject "Attn- Vipul" and your tenant ID.
