Where can I get a VM size cost in Azure Portal?
Is there any default price applicable on each VM sizes?

    There is a standard advertised per hour price based on the chosen VM size and Azure region. You will be charged for this on a per minute basis.

    I would suggest using the Azure pricing calculator to take a look at the standard prices for the various VM sizes and regions - https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/calculator/
