Hi,
Do you know what protocols your file server uses? It may be a problem of SMBv1 as it is no longer installed by default since version 1709. You could try to install SBMv1 following these steps
- Open Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features and select "Turn Windows features on or off".
- Select the check box “SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support”.
- Press OK to save changes and restart your computer.

Hope this could be helpful.
