While trying to activate my azure students pack, I was told the email has been used for verification before. But still on my azure dashboard, I don't have access to the students pack. Whenever I clicked on the students plan, it says students verification is incomplete and whenever I tried to verify again, it says my students email has been verified before.

if you aren't able to verify your school email address, I don't believe there's any other way of enabling this free trial subscription. However, you can also leverage our Azure free account, which will give you access to Azure for 12 months plus a $200 credit to explore Azure for 30 days.

I later received a mail from Microsoft. The problem was that I was trying to sign in to my azure account using my student email address but they already verified my personal email address as a student account. When I later signed in using my personal account, it reflects my students benefits
