Problem with solver

after downloading the solver, i can't use it because excel tells me:
"Microsoft 365 è stato configurato per impedire l'acquisizione di singoli componenti aggiuntivi di Office"
Meaning: Microsoft 365 has been configured to prevent the acquisition of individual Office add-ins.

how do i solve the problem?

    This may caused by the settings in Admin Center.

    You can contact your administrator and let him check the below options:

    1. In the admin center, go to the Settings > Services & add-ins page.
    2. Select User owned apps and services.
    3. Check the option to let users access the Office store.
