    Hi @Vikash Singh ,

Does this issue affect all emails located in the Inbox or some particular messages?
Are you using an Exchange account for work or school or it's a personal outlook.com account?
By "showing after searching through email content or sender details", do you mean if performing a search using some key words of the emails, the message can show up in the search results? Did you search within the current folder(Inbox) or within the entire mailbox? If the later, please check if the email is indeed located in the "Inbox" or it's actually placed in another folder:

If these emails are found in a different folder other than Inbox, it's recommended to go through the Inbox rules via Home > Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts, see whether the emails are being automatically moved to the target folder by any rule.

If you're unable to see emails in the Outlook Inbox and OWA inbox but can find them through searching, you can try these steps:

    1. Check for Filters: Ensure that no filters or sorting rules are applied to the Inbox. If any then clear any filters to display all emails.
    2. Reset Views: Restore the default view settings in Outlook to make all emails visible. Go to the "View tab", click on the "Reset View button", and select the appropriate option.
    3. Rebuild Index: Rebuild the search index in Outlook to resolve indexing issues. Navigate to File > Options > Search, click on "Indexing Options", select the affected mailbox, click on "Advanced", and choose the "Rebuild option".
    4. Repair Outlook Data Files: Use the Microsoft Inbox Repair tool (scanpst.exe) to fix any problems with the Outlook data file (PST or OST) that might be causing the issue. Run the tool and follow the instructions provided.
    5. Disable Add-ins: Temporarily disable any third-party add-ins in Outlook that could be interfering with email display. Go to File > Options > Add-ins and manage the add-ins accordingly.

If after trying all the methods you are still stuck in with the same problem, there might be severe corruption in your data file, take the help of 3rd party tool to repair and recover the data.
