Azure account creation payment via Maestro not working

Hi,
I am residing in The Netherlands and I have been trying multiple time to create a free azure account using my Maestro card, but it always throws an error saying the info found is not matching with the card number. I had also contacted my bank to verify if I was doing something wrong, but they confirmed that from my side all the details are correct.
I have two questions:
- Is there any other payment method being supported like iDeal or Paypal etc.
- If there are no other ways, could you please check if Maestro cards are supported on this platform.
