Is this issue related to Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM) Portal?

I have a Virtual machine that is running and I can connect to it.
The machine is also listed in Azure portal and the Azure mobile app.
However, when I try and click on the machine in Azure portal, it just hangs.
The browser in debug mode says the resource was not found.
The mobile application returns a bad header message
All other resources associated to the machine, storage, network, etc are all accessable.
Is this issue related to Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM) Portal?
If so, which version of SCSM are you running?
