WinUI 3 Controls Gallery Not Found

At https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/winui-3-controls-gallery/9p3jfpwwdzrc?cid=msft_web_chart&activetab=pivot:overviewtab
I see
WinUI 3 Controls Gallery To the above right I see a button
( Install/open ) On the left I see a blue check
saying "You own this app"
Clicking on the Install/open does nothing.
What should I do ?
Is there a specific file I should look for?

    It works for me, on Windows 10 21H1
    It opens the Store, then installs it in
    C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WinUI3ControlsGallery_1.3.10.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\XamlControlsGallery.DesktopWap\XamlControlsGallery.DesktopWap.exe
    and launches it :

    Can't find DesktopWAP.exe on my HP Laptop.
    And the Microsoft Store prevents me from downloading it.
    It says I own it.

    So I installed the Gallery App onto a Lenovo laptop, and it runs fine.
    Next I thought I would copy the DesktopWap.exe onto a jump drive.
    But it seems that File Explorer can't find it on the Lenovo.
    Can someone identify another source for the DesktopWAP.exe ?
    Any advice ?
