Office 2016/ end users unable to use

Hi,

I work at a college in northwest Ohio. We have a predominant Windows network. Recently we've added 6 Mac computers to an Art lab.

I tried installing "Office 2016 for Mac Standard" . I am able to use the Microsoft products.

However, when another user logs in. They cannot use the Microsoft Office 2016 applications.

    Are there any error prompts when encountering cannot use Office applications issues?

    What's the account you "sign in" mentioned here(Mac users account or office account)?

    If it means Mac user account, according to my tests, when we have already installed Office applications in Mac, we can also access Office applications via different Mac user accounts. If this is your case, since you have mentioned that you can use the Microsoft products normally, I'm afraid that the issue is more related to the other users' Mac accounts, please try to compare with your Mac accounts and see the differences between your accounts.

    If the account you mentioned is Office account like below , office activation is usually related to your Office accounts, so the issues may be related to your activation information. Please try to compare your Office accounts and check your activation information.
