Backup based on a daily schedule does not backup or indicate a failure. Info is shown indicating the next backup date. Manual backup was done successfully however no activity for scheduled backup. The backup is for a BMR as well as the operating system hard disk and the data file hard disk. Also, the number of backups available indicates previous backups however the disk was reformated as an "unable to create a file error" was occurring prior to the reformat.

Thanks Ann. I think I saw this a while ago when we had windows 2012 and the backup stopped working. Worked fine for many years and then one day it stopped. I assumed it was related to a Windows update so we thought we would try a newer version. It also worked for several months and then stopped as well
Have started using a WD disc and software and this is doing our daily backup

    Larry
