Why does visual studio say 0 REFERENCE?

This is the second code that I am writing and I think I may have clicked something wrong. Every time I open the code I see 0 REFERENCE.
How to fix this error?

    Hi MOGHAZZ-6526,

    You could go to Tools/Options/Text Editor/CodeLens, then enable all options.

    If this issue persists, we suggest you could create a new console application, then check if it could work.
