how to set system bios serial number as computer name in autopilot

Hello Experts,
I need to set computer name as device serial number while doing autopilot process.
is there any way to achieve it in autopilot of devices. if yes...how.

please help and guide.

    Hi,

    If you go to Devices > Windows > Windows Autopilot Deloyment Profile. Create a profile and in the profile it has the option for apply a device name template, in there is you add %SERIAL% it should take the devices serial number during set up and rename.

    For this issue, I agree with LeeFitches. The following article describes how to create an Autopilot deployment profile. We can change device name via the setting "Apply device name template" in the Autopilot deployment profile.

    Use the %SERIAL% macro to add a hardware-specific serial number. Or, use the %RAND:x% macro to add a random string of numbers, where x equals the number of digits to add.
