access Azure CDN too slow for some users

all users use VPN[connect to singapore/shanghai] from china to access Azure CDN, only few users experience perfect acceleration, but most users access CDN even slower than access Azure Storage account

Type of CDN deployed?

yes CDN type is premium verizon, my static files hosted on azure storage static website. I access the original server like azure storage account is faster than access azure CDN. by the way all colleagues use the same VPN to connect, only few users access Azure CDN more faster than access Azure Storage, most users access Azure CDN takes more than one minutes even failed

I'm facing the same issue.

In my case, the strangest point is that when there is a delay in downloading, the request ends up taking a while in Initial Connection status.

@Xiang, Linzong , CDNs only cache a file after it's been requested by a user, and only store the cached copy for a limited amount of time. This means delivering the file may still be slow the first time a file is requested, and after lengthy periods where no user requests the file. However, CDNs do still help in this case by optimizing the route of the file from the origin.

Yes I know what you mean, for the same endpoint url, few members can access within few seconds, while others access cost more than one minutes, I think something wrong with our VPN network maybe. thanks anyway
