Why do i get error 5 codes when downloading software update pagages even with bothe the Server name and my name are listed with full control

I am new to System Centre and am trying to get it to patch some server running server 2012 R2 but keep getting the following error both Server Machine Name and administrator name has full control to both location and share

as you see it dose some of the updates but then fails giving me access denied on others but they are going to the same file location
