Unable to edit word document in SharePoint 2013 using office 2019

Dear Support,

We are using SharePoint 2013. When we try to edit word document its giving error "We're having trouble connecting to the server. If this keeps happening, contact your help desk" for some of the users who have installed Office 2019. For same document if we open in Office 2016 we are not facing this issue. please advice.18372-worderror.png

    Hi @SharePointDev ,

    Please try to create a new document and compare the result.

    According to my test, no such problem occurred.

    You could also manually update office 2019 via open Word > go to File > Account > Update Options > Update Now, and then test again.
