In my experience, there are possibility two factors can cause this issue, user account or client. In order to narrow down this issue, we recommend you try to clean your Teams client cache to see if this issue can be fixed. For more details about how to clean client cache, you can refer to:

Besides, we recommend you try to change another device to see if this issue still persists.
