We have MultiDomain email structure where as our Active Directory Structure is Single Domain. We need to allow single sign on with O365. Do we need to change our AD structure to Multidomain (SubDOmains) or it can be done without any changes.

    No, you wouldnt need to change your AD structure.
    You can use AADConnect with Exchange Hybrid Writeback and Exchange Hybrid enabled ( assuming Exchange is in the mix) and it will work fine.

    We do not have Azure AD P1 licenses. for exchange hybrid write back it is required.
