This is way too complicated for an older person with moderate computer skills. Our nonprofit board members average 70 years old and what we need is access to Outlook, Word and Excel (plus rarely PowerPoint) and a share OneDrive accessibility for pertinent files (and not conflicting with personal files).

What is the simplest way to achieve this for our board members as an administrator?
