I have just added a new user and she has just informed me that when trying to log in she is seeing the error 135011
I cannot see her device in Azuer to enable it.
How do i fix this
I am the administrator

    @Lexie Blair , Research and find it seems the device was deleted in Azure Active Directory (AD). If so, you have to re-register it manually. Here is the link for the reference:

    Thankyou for that, i did not think !
    Could it be that the user is trying to sign in to their own personal Microsoft Apps instead of downloading and activating by the link that was sent to her.
    I cannot see any device in AZure
