Only one user has this problem or all users have this problem?
Does your email contain large attachments?
Please following the steps and see if the issue is resolved.
- Please ensure that all services required by the Exchange server are running normally.
- Have you tried using OWA to send mail? If not, please try.
- Please run Outlook/safe in "Run", start Outlook in safe mode, and then try to send email again. Exclude the possibility of add-in causing this problem.
- Please try to re-create a new Outlook profile and then try to send email again.
- Please try to migrate users with problems to another new database.
In addition, have you seen any error message pop-ups or error logs in the Event viewer, if so, please share with us, please remember to hide your personal information.
