Stroage explorer not showing containers

I should see containers in the storage explorer and use it.. but it is not showing in the explorer. Please suggest what wrong I am doing here.
and also is it 2 way synchronization from azure portal to storage explorer?174729-notshowinginstorageexplorer.png174782-containers.png

    Hello @sns ,
    Yes , both the Storage Explorer & Azure Portal Storage Browser are 2 way synchronization. If you create a container in Storage Explorer and go back to Azure Portal Storage browser and click on Refresh - it will show the new container and same with other way round.

    From the screen shot , I can see the containers in portal but not in Storage explorer.
    Can you try to re-login in the storage explorer & try to re-authenticate ?

    Try to right-click on the storage account and refresh.

    Hi @shiva patpi ..
    I have same issue... i have created one group and given storage account contributor, storage blob data reader, storage blob data contributor access on the group. User added in the group can see the storage accounts, containers and blob from azure portal, but the user is not able to view it from azure storage explorer.

    Azure Storage explorer version : 1.26.1.

    Could you please help me on this
