There is a limitation that AFD does not support websockets, keeping it in mind can I design this request flows for my APP User -> Azure Front Door -> Azure AppService -> SignalR Service(managed or selfhosted)?

Hello @AzureUser-9588 , support for WebSockets is coming soon for Azure Front Door. I will make a post here as soon as I get to know the ETA for this WebSocket support. I went through some of the issues internally with similar architecture where AFD was used with Signal IR and failures were caused due to Websockets. If you still want to proceed with the architecture before the websocket feature is rolled out, can you please elaborate more on your architecture and how the traffic flow will be from AFD to Web App to SignalIR service? Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
