How to move resources from one subscription in a tenant to another subscription in another tenant in azure

How to move resources from one subscription(CSP account) in a tenant to another subscription(Microsoft account) in another tenant.
The resources are NSG, VMSS, Public ip address, route table, VM.

What is the possible way for doing this?

What are the pre requisites for this?

Please give me the step by step process.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A platform. Happy to answer your question.

    The resources migration is possible between the subscription, however, there are a few limitations on migration. Both the source and destination subscriptions should be under the same tenant then only resources migration will be possible. The subscription which is under a different directory can be brought to the same tenant by changing the directory option, but it supports only for few offers types.
