To the best of my knowledge there was never a Preview image for the Intel Joule platform, which was based on x86 and not ARM processor. The Intel discontinued Joule platform. The only IoT Core images are for the MinnowBoard Max/Turbot, DragonBoard 410C, Raspberry Pi 2&3, and NXP (i.MX6, i.MX7, i.MX8). You could try the MinnowBoard Max image since it is also Intel Atom x86.

Previous Insider images are not available. If you download an ISO you can certainly keep it but Microsoft would rather you give feedback on the latest bits.
