I don't have Microsoft Excel. What's the cause, & What's the solution?

Hi. I've installed "Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2019" a few months ago. It's a really sophisticated suite; but I don't have Microsoft Excel. What's the cause of this problem, and what's the solution?

I live in Iran, and you know of the sanctions and stuff... I've bought this suite through microsoftlicense.com , which is the only legal business partner of Microsoft in Iran. Previously, I had invalid/problematic Office versions installed on my PC, and after the installation of this one (which is legal and official), those previous versions din't uninstall completely. this caused huge, complex problems in activation and usability of Office. I was able to solve these problems, only with hours of telephone support of microsoftlicense.com experts, some of them very skilled computer engineers. but eventually, they got tired of me!

I still have problems, and the most important problem is the lack of existence of Excel in my suite. I search "excel" in the Windows search bar, but there's no sign of it. I don't have excel. Where it is?
