    Is this a problem that has only recently occurred? If so, what specific operations did you do before this problem occurred?

    When I press the reply button ro reply to an email in outlook it doesn't work and deosn't open a reply box. How do i resolve this issue? The same is with typing a new message.

    Does this issue only happen to "Reply" and "New Email" button in your Outlook for Mac? Please check if other features in your Outlook such as Forward or Categorize can work fine.
    As I know, when Outlook is not activated or the activation information is invalid, some functions in Outlook client might be unavailable. Please check the activation status of your Outlook client via Outlook > Account Outlook. If the activation status is abnormal, please try to activate your Office to see if the problem could be resolved.
    If the activation status is fine, I'm afraid there might be something wrong with your Outlook client, it is suggested to completely uninstall and then reinstall your Outlook to solve your issue.
