a new created service catalog does not appear on the service portal SCSM 2019

Hi,

I have created some new Service Catalogs and published them, but it appears not on the Service Portal.

Any Idea?

    could you please check the following details:
    Request Offering is published?
    Request Offering is related/associated with a published Service Offering?
    The Service Offering and Request Offering are associated with a Catalog Item group?
    The Catalog Item Group is associated with user/groups?

    Hi Andreas,

    It is very strange. After two hours appears now my created Service Catalog. Do you have any Idea why?
    As I know I can add picture on the Service Offering and I have added but I cannot see it.

    I have some questions about Service Portal.

    1) Do you know how I can customize my own Service portal? Is there any free tools to do that?
    2) Is there any way to put the new created request offerings to existing request offering (side by side or neck to neck) for a service offering?
    3) How can I change the default Generic Incident Request (EN) the category of the issue?

    Hi @PerserPolis-1732 ,

    the delay might be a cache issue. You can try to force this by restarting the System Center Data Access Service.
    If this doesn't help you can stop all 3 SCSM services ( Microsoft Monitoring agent , System center management configuration service , System Center Data Access Service ) delete the content in the Health Service State folder of the SCSM server hosting the portal. Start the 3 services again. This will clear the SCSM Server cache.
    This might be fix the icon issue as well.

    You are talking about the Microsoft SCSM Self-Service Portal?

    Regarding the Generic Incident Request (EN) what do you mean with "change the category"? The Incident Category is a list you can select the category individually. The list can be modified in the SCSM console -> Library -> Lists.
