Hello Teams Community,

Please I need your help on this issue.

We are unable to get numbers for the Teams phone trial and would like assistance in doing so.

I want to start a trial and begin testing calls from teams.

I was able to set up a Teams Phone Trial License today as shown below:

When i tried to get number for the Teams phone trial i got the error below:

While on my 365 admin Centre, i have the following licenses below:

Teams trial phone plan is not enough to complete your steps.

I have set up a trial for common call plan.

However, I accidentally selected Barbados instead of Canada and cannot change the service usage address – help please.

I am afraid there is no way to change the service usage address once you have selected it. Maybe you could open a support a ticket to Microsoft to seek more help from them.

But i will like to confirm something.

if I got a paid teams phone plan if I would be able to see the call plan – add on. Our microsoft365 account is tied to Barbados.

Do you mean "if I got a paid teams phone plan， would I be able to see the call plan?"

If so, the answer is yes! You must first purchase a Phone System add-on license.

@JimmyYang-MSFT Do we have any trials for calling plan so that we can order phone numbers in teams admin center?
