locked myself out of 365

So I switched my Microsoft 365 email in the admin panel and now I cannot login to 365 because it doesn't recognize the new one. I get "Switch to an account that has permission". So now I have no way of getting in. Please help!

It seems to be a Microsoft 365 login issue.
