Unable to download OFFICE H&S ONLINE DOWNLAD

Hi there,

I paid for the above product from Noel Leeming.
I successfully followed the product activation steps according to the receipt details

  1. Visit Microsoft365.com/setupbuisness
  2. Sign in with create your Microsoft account
  3. Enter your 25 character product key printed on this receipt
  4. Install Microsoft 365 or office 2019 on your pc, mac, smartphone or tablet.

It was at step 4. where it was halfway through downloading on to my Laptop ACER - Aspire E 15 when there was an error.

I thought I would return to try again and have tried to do so today.

When I have tried to follow the above steps it say that the product key has already been redeemed. It then gives me an option to :sign in here to access your account.

When I follow these steps, I enter my personal email since that is the one I registered with and have an account for Microsoft. It denies the email and responds back with 'You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account'.

This is very frustrating and has been more complicated than I could have imagined.

Help would be very much appreciated as this is for my own personal business use and a homeschooling tool.

    @Tiare Annandale Thanks for posting in our Q&A. Windows 365 involves a cloud PC. For this issue, it is not related to windows 365.

    This issue seems related to subscription about Microsoft 365 and Office. To get accurate help, it is suggested to post in Microsoft 365 and Office forum.

    I have noticed that you shared the product key. To avoid disclose the private information, I hide the product key.
