Direct phone number to ask questions?

Question

Hi! Is there a direct phone number you can call to get pre-sales support for the Azure Kinect DK? We're looking at possibly incorporating the camera into hardware we manufacturer but we have some technical questions. All the support numbers we received from the webpage and calling support were unhelpful.

I've called:

Each time, regardless of whether the person I speak with is in sales or tech support, they tell me they can't help me with Azure and transfer me to someone at Azure. Then the Azure person says they can't help me with tech support and details about the product and they then transfer me to someone else who is in sales or tech support for Microsoft products but not Azure hardware. Or they transfer me to a busy signal that hangs up on me.

I've also reached out to Azure and Azure support on twitter. They told me to make this post and they'd "escalate it internally to get it some visibility."

• What is the resolution (px) for the video camera?

• What is the frame rate (or if it's variable, what frame rates can it run)?

• What type of power is it consuming (watts, amps, volts)? What is the type and configuration of the power supply?

• What type of microphones are being used? Can they be mapped to alternative mics? Can they be extended or moved from the housing?

• What are the environmental requirements of the unit? Max heat? Is it using passive cooling? How many BTUs? How much space above/below/side to side does the unit need for cooling?

Azure Kinect DK depth camera, this is what I found, will keep you posted if I find further info.
• What is the minimum distance needed between units to map in 3D? Do they need to be linked in order to operate in tandem? In order to have 180 degrees of 3D image rendering, how wide would they need to be spaced?
Synchronize multiple Azure Kinect DK devices
• How many individual element axis can a single unit map? Do additional units add element tracking 1:1 or is there a diminishing return (aka if 1 unit can track 35 people, can 2 units track 70 people or only 50 people)?
Azure Kinect body tracking joints
• What is the data transfer rate through the USB-C for video? For video and tracking? Is it element dependent or is it a constant rate?

I am trying to schedule the AZ-900 Certification exam in this exam cost only 3969.0RS while i am submitting the exam it was showing 7320RS
